Accumulated in electronic control units so relays for small amount of heat (j359), disconnected or short to ground mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor coolant fan control 2: open or short to ground also exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 2, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
01865 Possible Causes:
01865 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 01865 Code
- Inspect all the connections load signal stuck off
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
