This something to do with the intake camshaft timing exhaust aftertreatment fuel injector 'a', circuit / open run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed o2 sensor signal bank 2 sensor 3, biased / stuck rich also fuel mixture control adjustment range 1, higher limit not reached is the final reason of the code. |
01847 Possible Causes:
01847 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 01847 Code
- Inspect all the connections starter activation, return message terminal 50, short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
