The problem is about ecm/pcm power input, signal range / performance causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system data-bus powertrain, missing message from level control module (j197) or data bus powertrain, missing message from steering angle sensor will delay your vw fault. |
01847 Possible Causes:
01847 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 01847 Code
- Inspect all the connections voltage supply relay, electrical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
