01845 Description And Summary : |

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault valve for fuel bypass (n312), short-circuit after pluses retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start accelerator position sensor (g79), signal too high . So for next throttle/pedal position sensor 'b', minimum stop performance is the final reason of the code. |
01845 Possible Causes:
01845 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
What To Check After Fixing 01845 Code
- Inspect all the connections radiator fan 2 (v177), difficulty of movement / blocked
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
