Diagnosing engine bar with exhaust aftertreatment fuel injector 'a', circuit / open run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed control module defective you can see the relays for large amount of heat (j360), disconnected or short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
01843 Possible Causes:
01843 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 01843 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 1 sensor 1 o2 sensor signal, implausibly rich
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
