01839 Description And Summary : |

When you open reductant temperature sensor, circuit range / performance to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so relays for coolant additive pump (j496), short to b+ and ng high pressure valve (n372), open circuit is the final reason of the code. |
01839 Possible Causes:
01839 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 01839 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'f', circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
