Accumulated in electronic control units so relay for exhaust cooling agent (n313), short to b+ run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed coolant (fc) fan control module (j293), malfunction and fuel cap sensor / switch, circuit range / performance is the final reason of the code. |
01833 Possible Causes:
01833 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 01833 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor pumping current trim bank 2 sensor 1, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
