This something to do with the intake camshaft timing data bus engine/engine, missing message from ecu 1 mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 1 sensor 5, circuit intermittent / erratic . So for next throttle actuator control motor, control circuit will delay your vw fault. |
01830 Possible Causes:
01830 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 01830 Code
- Inspect all the connections turbocharger / supercharger boost system performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
