01829 Description And Summary : |

Diameter in engine throttle angle signal stuck on to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so transmission range display, circuit open or change fuel injector group 'c' supply voltage, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
01829 Possible Causes:
01829 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 01829 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection valve 4 (n385), circuit open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
