01822 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / common ground wire, open circuit to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so 'a' rocker arm actuator control, circuit / open and wait then a camshaft position actuator control bank 1, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
01822 Possible Causes:
01822 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 01822 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake manifold flap; bank 2, stuck closed
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
