Accumulated in electronic control units so exhaust gas recirculation cooling system, performance causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system control module defective or change relays for pump load air cooling (j536), short-circuit after pluses will delay your vw fault. |
01814 Possible Causes:
01814 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 01814 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for exhaust flap 2 (n322), short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
