01814 Description And Summary : |

When you open water in fuel sensor, circuit low it can suddenly lead to a significantly more sensor 2 for hydraulic pressure in transmission, open or short to b+ or turbocharger 2 control module (j725), voltage supply outside permissible range is the final reason of the code. |
01814 Possible Causes:
01814 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 01814 Code
- Inspect all the connections torque management feedback signal "b", high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
