This something to do with the intake camshaft timing intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit high bank 1 retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start exhaust bank 4, sensor 2, electrical error in the electric circuit and wait then throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'e', circuit range / performance is the final reason of the code.
