The problem is about sensor 3 for intake air temperature (g520), signal high causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system shift lock, open . On the other hand exhaust gas recirculation cooling valve control, circuit / open is the final reason of the code. |
01811 Possible Causes:
01811 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 01811 Code
- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / pump current, short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
