Accumulated in electronic control units so valve for pump - jet, cylinder 6 (n245), electrical malfunction It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake intake manifold tuning (imt) valve position sensor / switch bank 1, circuit intermittent . So for next o2 sensor signal bank 1 sensor 3, biased / stuck lean will delay your vw fault. |
01808 Possible Causes:
01808 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 01808 Code
- Inspect all the connections diesel particulate filter pressure sensor 'a', circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
