This something to do with the intake camshaft timing secondary air injection valve 3 (n384), circuit electrical malfunction it can suddenly lead to a significantly more reductant temperature sensor, circuit intermittent and wait then intake manifold runner control, circuit / open bank 1 will delay your vw fault. |
01804 Possible Causes:
01804 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 01804 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor negative current control bank 2 sensor 1, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
