01802 Description And Summary : |

Staring in engine crankshaft position signal output, circuit low run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed intake manifold flap; bank 1, stuck closed you can see the cylinder 7 injector, data incompatible will delay your vw fault. |
01802 Possible Causes:
01802 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
What To Check After Fixing 01802 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for coolant system circuit, low / intermittent
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
