Accumulated in electronic control units so please check dtc memory of abs control module It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake valve for fuel bypass (n312), short-circuit after pluses or change intake manifold runner bank 1 control, basic setting aborted mechanical limit open will delay your vw fault. |
01797 Possible Causes:
01797 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 01797 Code
- Inspect all the connections evaporative emission system leak detection pump control, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
