The problem is about control unit programming, programming not finished It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake accelerator position sensor (g79), signal too low you can see the actuator supply voltage "b", circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
01791 Possible Causes:
01791 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 01791 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake air heater "a", circuit open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
