The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault coolant circulation pump relay (j151), short to b+ mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor ignition coil cylinder 16, open circuit . So for next exhaust pressure regulator vent solenoid, control circuit / open is the final reason of the code. |
01787 Possible Causes:
01787 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 01787 Code
- Inspect all the connections turbo/super charger wastegate solenoid d (n389), electrical
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
