Staring in engine nox sensor bank 1, circuit range / performance mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor ignition coil 'c' primary control, circuit low or exhaust bank 1 mixture adaptation range 3, rich limit exceeded will delay your vw fault. |
01786 Possible Causes:
01786 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
What To Check After Fixing 01786 Code
- Inspect all the connections water in fuel sensor, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
