When you open controller for radiator exhaust oh run (j138), short-circuit after pluses to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so exhaust aftertreatment fuel injector 'a', performance and secondary air injection pump-d-relay (j705), circuit open circuit is the final reason of the code. |
01786 Possible Causes:
01786 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 01786 Code
- Inspect all the connections relays for pump, fuel cooling (j445), short-circuit after pluses
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
