The problem is about coolant fan control 2: open or short to ground to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so throttle control: airflow at idle too low or linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / common ground wire, short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
01773 Possible Causes:
01773 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 01773 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection pump-c-relay (j704), circuit short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
