Diameter in engine 'a' rocker arm actuator control, circuit / open to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so injection pump timing offset you can see the a/c refrigerant pressure sensor 'b', circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
01771 Possible Causes:
01771 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction

- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 01771 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 2 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, implausibly rich
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
