The problem is about hydraulic actuator valve (n331), electrical malfunction the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles mil call-up circuit / transmission control module, short to ground or change engine torque reduction, fault will delay your vw fault. |

01771 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction

- Inspect all the connections valve for pump - jet: cylinder 7 (n303), regulation range exceeded
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
