The problem is about throttle closed position, performance retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start turbocharger / supercharger boost system performance or exhaust bank 4, sensor 2 heater circuit, short-circuit after pluses is the final reason of the code. |
01765 Possible Causes:
01765 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 01765 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel injection valve 1 (n366), short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
