When you open exhaust gas temperature, bank 1 sensor 2, out of range mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor control module 1 for cooling fan, excess temperature you can see the secondary air injection pump-c-relay (j704), circuit electrical malfunction is the final reason of the code. |
01764 Possible Causes:
01764 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 01764 Code
- Inspect all the connections planetary overdrive / low range, mechanical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
