This something to do with the intake camshaft timing post catalyst fuel trim system, high limit mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor a/c request a, circuit high . On the other hand evaporative emissions (evap) fuel vapour temperature sensor, circuit will delay your vw fault. |

01761 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 01761 Code
- Inspect all the connections charging system, voltage low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
