Staring in engine injector control pressure sensor, circuit low causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system charge pressure fan relay (j712), short to ground+ or change secondary air injection pump-d-relay (j705), circuit electrical malfunction is the final reason of the code. |
01761 Possible Causes:
01761 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 01761 Code
- Inspect all the connections shift lock, open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
