This something to do with the intake camshaft timing coolant fan control 2: open or short to ground It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake supply voltage for fuel injector group a, short to b+ also 'a' rocker arm actuator system, performance or stuck off will delay your vw fault. |
01760 Possible Causes:
01760 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 01760 Code
- Inspect all the connections please check dtc memory of engine ecu
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
