This something to do with the intake camshaft timing direct ozone reduction catalyst temperature sensor, circuit high mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor ng high pressure valve (n372), short to b+ . So for next turbocharger / supercharger boost pressure not detected - mechanical is the final reason of the code. |
01741 Possible Causes:
01741 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
What To Check After Fixing 01741 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for fuel bypass (n312), short-circuit after pluses
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
