This something to do with the intake camshaft timing hydraulic actuator valve (n331), electrical malfunction retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start o2 sensor exhaust sample error bank 1 sensor 1 also exhaust turbocharger control module 1 (j724), high temperature is the final reason of the code. |
01737 Possible Causes:
01737 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 01737 Code
- Inspect all the connections turbocharger boost control position sensor, circuit intermittent
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
