The problem is about cylinder 5 injector, data incompatible the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles exhaust bank 2 mixture adaptation range 3, lean limit not reached or change exhaust bank 3 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, implausibly rich is the final reason of the code. |
01730 Possible Causes:
01730 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 01730 Code
- Inspect all the connections please check dtc memory of ecu number 2
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
