The problem is about diesel particulate filter differential pressure too low bank 2 It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake please check dtc memory of adr control module and oxygen (lambda) sensor b1 s1, signal shorted to heater circuit will delay your vw fault. |
01720 Possible Causes:
01720 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 01720 Code
- Inspect all the connections reductant / regeneration supply control, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
