The problem is about nox sensor heater sense bank 1, circuit low causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 bank 2 (g449), short to ground . On the other hand control module, coding fault will delay your vw fault. |
01715 Possible Causes:
01715 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input

- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 01715 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle/fuel inhibit, circuit high
