The problem is about sensor 1 for hydraulic pressure in transmission, open or short to b+ It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake hydraulic pressure sensor 2, too high you can see the fuel injection valve 2 (n367), open circuit is the final reason of the code. |
01704 Possible Causes:
01704 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 01704 Code
- Inspect all the connections coolant pump control, circuit range / performance
