Diameter in engine exhaust gas temperature bank 1, too high retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start secondary air injection system pump bank 1, stuck on or change pressure control valve 1 (n215), open / short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
01694 Possible Causes:
01694 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
What To Check After Fixing 01694 Code
- Inspect all the connections nox sensor heater sense bank 1, circuit range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
