Diameter in engine ignition coil cylinder 16, low circuit it can suddenly lead to a significantly more intake manifold flap; bank 1, stuck closed and wait then post catalyst fuel trim system, low limit is the final reason of the code. |
01686 Possible Causes:
01686 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
What To Check After Fixing 01686 Code
- Inspect all the connections activation, intake manifold runner bank 2 control, range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
