The problem is about throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'b' / 'c', voltage correlation causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system pre-catalyst exhaust bank 3 effect too small also catalyst system exhaust bank 4, effectiveness too low will delay your vw fault. |
01680 Possible Causes:
01680 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 01680 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for fuel bypass (n312), short-circuit after pluses
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
