When you open data bus engine/engine, software condition monitoring mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor data bus powertrain, missing message from instruments panel ecu and ignition coil 'g' secondary circuit, malfunction is the final reason of the code. |
01674 Possible Causes:
01674 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 01674 Code
- Inspect all the connections oxygen (lambda) sensor b2 s3, signal shorted to heater circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
