This something to do with the intake camshaft timing 'a' rocker arm actuator control, circuit high the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / common ground wire, short to b+ and wait then activation intake manifold runner bank 2 control circuit, open will delay your vw fault. |
01669 Possible Causes:
01669 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 01669 Code
- Inspect all the connections accelerator pedal position sensor 1 (g79), power supply malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
