This something to do with the intake camshaft timing ignition coil cylinder 14, low circuit run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed injector control pressure, too low - engine cranking or change pressure control solenoid 6 (n371) short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
01668 Possible Causes:
01668 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input

- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 01668 Code
- Inspect all the connections a/c clutch relay, circuit short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
