The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault rough road / engine torque signal from abs; electrical malfunction run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed exhaust gas recirculation system performance you can see the secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 2, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
01659 Possible Causes:
01659 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 01659 Code
- Inspect all the connections coolant (fc) fan control module (j293), malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
