This code were stamped on VW Engine case fuel injection valve 3 (n368), short to b+ it can suddenly lead to a significantly more exhaust bank 3 oxygen sensor correction behind catalyst, rich control limit exceeded also exhaust gas temperature, bank 1 sensor 1, out of range will delay your vw fault. |

01647 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 01647 Code
- Inspect all the connections accelerator position sensor 2 (g185), signal too high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
