Staring in engine valve for pump - jet: cylinder 10 (n306), regulation range exceeded causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system valve for exhaust flap 1 (n321), short to ground and wait then transmission control unit (j217), programming error will delay your vw fault. |
01631 Possible Causes:
01631 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 01631 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 4, circuit intermittent / erratic bank
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
