01626 Possible Causes:
01626 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction

- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 01626 Code
- Inspect all the connections pressure control solenoid 6 (n371), electrical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
