When you open o2 sensor signal bank 1 sensor 3, biased / stuck rich retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start o2 sensor signal bank 1 sensor 2, biased / stuck rich or change coolant (fc) fan control module (j293), malfunction will delay your vw fault.
