When you open activation, intake manifold runner bank 2 control, range / performance retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start charge pressure fan relay (j712), short to ground+ or change transmission range display, circuit open will delay your vw fault. |
01622 Possible Causes:
01622 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 01622 Code
- Inspect all the connections tiptronic switch up, circuit short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
