When you open exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 1 sensor 5, circuit / open run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed valve for exhaust cooling agent (n313), short-circuit after pluses and secondary air injection pump-d-relay (j705), circuit open circuit is the final reason of the code. |
01621 Possible Causes:
01621 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 01621 Code
- Inspect all the connections malfunction indication light (k83), short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
