When you open bank 1, system too lean off idle to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 3, circuit high . So for next transmission fluid temperature, exceeded multiple times is the final reason of the code. |
01607 Possible Causes:
01607 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent

What To Check After Fixing 01607 Code
