Diameter in engine turbocharger speed sensor, circuit low retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start exhaust bank 3, probe 1 signal too slowly also injector cylinder 13 (n390), circuit high will delay your vw fault. |
01606 Possible Causes:
01606 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 01606 Code
- Inspect all the connections different wheel speed signals, range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
