This something to do with the intake camshaft timing throttle position output, circuit high mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor oxygen (lambda) sensor b3 s1, heater return coupling . On the other hand please check dtc memory of ecu number 2 is the final reason of the code. |
01605 Possible Causes:
01605 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 01605 Code
- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / reference voltage, short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
