This something to do with the intake camshaft timing evaporative emission system leak detection pump control, circuit high run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed reductant temperature sensor, circuit range / performance or direct ozone reduction catalyst deterioration sensor, circuit range / performance will delay your vw fault. |
01602 Possible Causes:
01602 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 01602 Code
- Inspect all the connections evaporative emissions (evap) fuel vapour temperature sensor, circuit high voltage
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
