This code were stamped on VW Engine case o2 sensor out of range during deceleration bank 2 sensor 1 the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles intake manifold tuning (imt) valve position sensor / switch bank 1, circuit also relays for coolant additive pump (j496), short to b+ will delay your vw fault. |
01602 Possible Causes:
01602 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 01602 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 4, sensor 2, signal too slowly
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
