01602 Possible Causes:
01602 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 01602 Code
- Inspect all the connections coolant circulation pump relay (j151), open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
