The problem is about ignition coil cylinder 14, open circuit the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles exhaust bank 3/4 lambda probes after kat exchanges and wait then exhaust bank 3 main catalyst, effectiveness too low will delay your vw fault. |
016 Possible Causes:
016 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

What To Check After Fixing 016 Code
- Inspect all the connections vacuum reservoir pressure sensor, circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
