This code were stamped on VW Engine case diesel particulate filter pressure sensor 'a', circuit low it can suddenly lead to a significantly more reductant injection air pump control, circuit low and throttle position (tp) sensor (g79), error message from ecm will delay your vw fault. |
01586 Possible Causes:
01586 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Reverse Input Circuit
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 01586 Code
- Inspect all the connections cam shaft position sensor (g40), no signal
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
